Ezeta Sauvignon Blanc

Our Hernandez Family Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is sourced from a historic St. Helena Valley floor Vineyard. This site benefits from well-drained soils and optimal growing conditions, which make this one of Napas most sought-after AVAs for this varietal. Warm days and cool nights promote vibrant acidity and balanced ripening.

The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and cold-settled to preserve their aromatic qualities. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks over six months, followed by aging in 20% new French oak for an additional four months. This process adds subtle complexity while maintaining the wine’s crisp, clean profile. No malolactic fermentation allows our Sauvignon Blanc to retain its signature freshness and vibrancy.

Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Ezeta Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from exceptional vineyards within the Spring Mountain AVA, located on the western slopes of St. Helena in Napa Valley. Known for its rugged terrain, this region’s steep, rocky soils provide excellent drainage, resulting in low yields of smaller grapes prized for their concentration and intensity.

The elevation of the vineyards benefits from cooler temperatures, morning fog, and sun exposure in the long afternoons, extending the ripening season. This slower development allows for optimal tannin maturity, vibrant acidity, and complex flavor integration. Balance is born in the vineyard.

The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon with concentrated dark fruit, notes of blackberry and cassis, balanced by elegant tannins, and a polished enduring finish—capturing the distinctive character of the Spring Mountain terroir.
