Sourced from Syrah grapes surrounding our Calistoga tasting salon, and infused with romantic botanicals such as rose and vanilla, this Demi-sec vermouth is the perfect component to any cocktail.

Inspired by our founder Marcela's love for the Spanish Riviera, the Speakeasy Era, and of course, a good cocktail, Museion Vermuse is a Spanish-style sweet vermouth that is designed for first dates, low lighting, and seeing where the night takes you. With the label depicting Marcela on her wedding day, there seemed no better muse for this aperitif that Erato, the muse of romance.
