Museion’s first foray into the world of spirits, our Vermuse sweet vermouth is an intoxicating blend of 13 different botanicals, making it the perfect je ne sais quoi to any cocktail. Perfect as a sipping aperitif or as a mixologist’s best ingredient, this vermouth is the perfect addition to any bar cart.

Sourced from Syrah grapes surrounding our Calistoga tasting salon, and infused with romantic botanicals such as rose and vanilla, this Demi-sec vermouth is the perfect component to any cocktail.

  • Inspired by our founder Marcela's love for the Spanish Riviera, the Speakeasy Era, and of course, a good cocktail, Museion Vermuse is a Spanish-style sweet vermouth that is designed for first dates, low lighting, and seeing where the night takes you. With the label depicting Marcela on her wedding day, there seemed no better muse for this aperitif that Erato, the muse of romance.

  • Warm and herbaceous, with floral notes of rose and wormwood, and a pleasant citrusy spice on the finish.
